Furniture concierge

Frequently askedquestions.

A practical guide to beginning a furniture, bespoke, or hospitality enquiry with The Terra Architectural.

01

Beginning an enquiry

Can I enquire before selecting a furniture piece?

Yes. You can begin with a hotel, restaurant, residence, event, or design brief. Share what you know about the space, location, timing, drawings, or reference images, and add specific pieces later if helpful.

What should I include in a furniture enquiry?

A project or property name, location, approximate quantities, preferred timeline, dimensions, and reference images are useful starting points. The enquiry form is designed to gather these details in one place.

Can designers or trade clients submit a project brief?

Yes. Select “Trade or designer” in the enquiry form and include your studio, client brief, drawings, selected materials, quantities, and any relevant project requirements.

02

Furniture & bespoke work

Can a catalog piece be discussed for a particular space?

Yes. Add the piece to your enquiry, then include the room, dimensions, desired quantity, and references. This gives the studio the context needed for the next conversation.

Can I ask about custom dimensions, materials, or finishes?

Yes. Use the notes field to describe your requirements and select “Bespoke furniture” or “Material or finish consultation.” Feasibility is discussed after the project details are reviewed.

Do you provide prices directly on the website?

The collection is presented as price on request. A quotation conversation can take account of the selected piece, quantity, brief, destination, and any custom requirements.

03

Hospitality & delivery planning

Can I enquire for a hotel, restaurant, or larger project?

Yes. Choose “Hotel or resort” or “Restaurant or hospitality” when starting your enquiry. Include the property location, opening date, seating or room count, drawings, and quantities where available.

How are timing and delivery discussed?

Delivery planning is considered in relation to the project brief, selected pieces, production requirements, and destination. Share your preferred timeline early so it can be considered in the next discussion.

Can I enquire from outside Bali?

Yes. Add your city and country to the enquiry. The studio can then discuss the appropriate next steps for your location and requirements.

04

Next steps

How do I send my enquiry?

Complete the private enquiry form and choose “Prepare WhatsApp enquiry.” Your selected pieces and project notes are prepared as a message; reference images can then be attached directly in WhatsApp.

Can I save my selected pieces before sending?

Your selection stays on the device you are using until you clear it. You can continue browsing the catalog, adjust quantities, and return to the enquiry when ready.

What happens after I contact the studio?

The next conversation is shaped around your brief: the space, selected pieces, desired materials or finishes, quantities, timeline, and destination. This helps establish the most useful next step for the project.
