01 About The Terra & Eligibility

The Terra is an elite architectural interior design atelier and bespoke luxury furniture house based in Bali, Indonesia, operating internationally.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make reservations, enter service agreements, or purchase products.
• Account Integrity: If you register an account or request bespoke consultations, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information and restricting unauthorized access to your devices.

02 Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All content on this platform—including architectural blueprints, furniture designs, 3D renderings, artistic motifs, trademarks, logos, photography, text, and digital media—is the exclusive intellectual property of The Terra and is protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Permitted Use: You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and browse the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Prohibited Actions: No material, design concept, or product silhouette may be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, or commercialized without The Terra's prior explicit written consent.

03 Interior Design & Spatial Curation Services

Engagement of The Terra for architectural interior design, hospitality projects, or bespoke event styling is governed by dedicated contractual agreements tailored to each client.

• Consultations & Proposals: Initial inquiries and proposals do not constitute a binding design contract until a formal Master Services Agreement is signed by both parties.
• Intellectual Property in Designs: Interior concepts, custom furniture drawings, and spatial layouts developed during consultations remain The Terra's intellectual property until full contract payment and fulfillment, as detailed in the applicable agreement.

04 Bespoke Furniture & Product Specifications

Natural Material Variations

Our furniture is handcrafted from high-grade natural timber, stone, metals, and organic textiles. Natural grain patterns, slight tone variations, knots, and organic characteristics are hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship and are not defects. Subtle color shifts may also occur between physical materials and digital displays.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

Orders through The Terra Bespoke Service are tailored to individual specifications. Once production begins, a custom order cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded except as explicitly stated in the applicable bespoke purchase agreement.

05 Pricing, Orders & International Shipping

• Quotations & Currency: Catalog prices and concierge quotations are presented in USD, or as otherwise specified, and exclude customs, import duties, and taxes unless explicitly stated.
• Payment Terms: Orders are confirmed when the required deposit or full payment is received through secure, verified international payment channels.
• White-Glove Shipping & Logistics: International deliveries use specialized export freight partners and ISPM 15-certified crates. Title and risk of loss transfer to the client upon white-glove delivery at the destination, subject to the insurance terms arranged during purchase.

06 Warranties & Structural Integrity

Every furniture piece crafted by The Terra is backed by our Structural Integrity Guarantee.

• Our furnishings are warranted against structural and manufacturing defects under normal residential or commercial use.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, extreme environmental exposure, unauthorized modifications, or standard wear and tear.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Terra, its directors, officers, master artisans, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to, or inability to use, our platform, products, or services.

08 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Indonesia, or to international arbitration as mutually agreed in formal project contracts.
