01Catalog & enquiries

The catalog is an introduction to the collection. Selecting a piece, preparing a WhatsApp message, or submitting project details is an invitation to begin a conversation; it is not an order, reservation, offer to sell, or confirmation of availability.

Any furniture, bespoke work, interior architecture, hospitality project, price, lead time, material option, quantity, delivery arrangement, or payment term must be confirmed in writing by the studio before it is relied upon.

02Product information

We aim to present the collection clearly, but screen colours, proportions, and material appearance can vary. Images, descriptions, and dimensions on this website are for reference and may be updated as the collection develops.

Where a project requires a particular size, material, finish, quantity, or destination, please include those details in your enquiry so they can be discussed directly.

03Project & bespoke work

Project work and bespoke furniture are considered individually. A formal commitment only begins when the relevant scope, specifications, commercial terms, and responsibilities are set out in a written agreement or accepted quotation.

Do not send confidential drawings, personal documents, payment details, or other sensitive material through an initial WhatsApp message unless the studio has asked for it through an appropriate channel.

04Payments

The secure payment page is intended only for a payment requested by The Terra Architectural under an approved quotation, invoice, deposit request, or written project arrangement. Please confirm the amount, currency, project reference, and payment purpose before paying.

Payments are processed by Stripe. A browser return to the payment completion page is not, by itself, proof that funds have cleared. The Stripe receipt and the studio's reconciliation of the transaction are the relevant payment records. Deposit, balance, cancellation, and refund terms remain those stated in the applicable written quotation, invoice, or agreement.

05Website content

The website's text, imagery, layouts, logo, and other creative content are provided for viewing the The Terra Architectural collection and services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them for a commercial purpose without prior written permission from The Terra Architectural or the relevant rights holder.

You may share a link to the website or a catalog page for private reference, provided it is not presented as your own work or used in a misleading way.

06Third-party services

This website may use or link to third-party services, including Stripe, WhatsApp, and Instagram. Those services are operated independently and have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. Your use of them is governed by their respective policies.
