01 Information you choose to share

When preparing an enquiry, you may choose to include your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project or property name, location, project type, budget range, timing, delivery requirements, notes, selected furniture pieces, and reference images. The website prepares this information as a message for WhatsApp; it does not submit the enquiry form to a The Terra website database.

When you send a message through WhatsApp, your communication is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for an initial furniture or project conversation.

02 Information stored on your device

The catalogue selection and your analytics choice are stored in your browser's local storage so you can return to your enquiry on the same device. Your selection remains there until you clear it, clear your browser data, or use the website's “Clear selection” control.

Reference images selected in the enquiry form remain on your device. They are not uploaded by this website; you attach them yourself if you choose to continue the conversation in WhatsApp.

03 Optional analytics

If you choose “Accept analytics,” the website loads Google Analytics to help us understand broad activity such as catalogue searches, category filters, furniture pieces added to an enquiry, and prepared WhatsApp enquiries. Analytics is not loaded until you make that choice.

You can choose “Decline” when the banner appears. To change a saved choice later, clear this site's browser storage and revisit the website. Google's handling of analytics information is governed by its own privacy documentation.

04 Secure payments through Stripe

The payment page uses a Stripe-hosted Buy Button. When you open or use that payment component, Stripe may receive payment, billing, device, and transaction information under Stripe's own privacy practices. The Terra Architectural website does not receive or store your complete card number or card security code.

We receive the transaction information Stripe makes available to the merchant so we can identify and reconcile your payment with the relevant quotation, invoice, or project. If analytics is enabled, the website may record that the payment button was selected, but it does not send your card details to Google Analytics.

05 How enquiry information is used

Information you send to the studio may be used to respond to your enquiry, discuss furniture or project requirements, prepare a quotation or proposal when appropriate, and continue the related client conversation. It is not sold through this website.

If a project proceeds, any handling of personal, billing, delivery, or contractual information will be addressed in the relevant written quotation, invoice, or project agreement.

06 Retention & requests

This website does not retain the contents of an unsent enquiry form. Messages you send through WhatsApp may be retained as business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, quote, manage a project, or meet applicable obligations.

To ask about information you have sent to the studio, contact us through the official enquiry channel below. We may need enough information to identify the relevant conversation before responding to a request.

07 Updates to this notice

We may update this notice when the website or its enquiry process changes. The current version and update date will be published on this page.
